Understand the Owner role. Transfer the ownership of an account.
The Owner role is automatically assigned to the person who set up the GroupCamp account.
Please note that if the owner of the account has left your organization and you would like to claim the ownership of an account, you need to contact the GroupCamp support team directly.
The owner role allows you to perform the following actions:
- In the Admin Panel, access all icons of the Owner - Subscriptions - Payments section:
- Define administrators in the account using the Administrators icon in the Admin Panel.
Note: the owner is also an administrator of the account.
When setting up an account, the owner has to agree to comply with GroupCamp terms of service. From a GroupCamp perspective, the owner is the only person who is officially representing the client's company and legally bound as the owner of the account. The owner is therefore responsible for the content and data being shared in the account.
Please note that the owner is the only user who can access all icons in the Owner section of the Admin panel.
Manage your account: Subscriptions, Credit card, Billing information, Choice of currency
In the Admin Panel, click on the Manage my account - Subscriptions icon.
Account Status
Your account could be Active (Free trial period or billing cycle) or in Read-only mode (The account is in cancellation period, no payment at the anniversary date or You have asked to cancel your account).
Next anniversary date
To find your subscription's renewal date, check your next anniversary date or look at your pro forma invoice.

Add a credit card

Please note that GroupCamp only supports Visa and Mastercard.

Billing information
You can enter all the billing information you wish to see on the invoices issued by GroupCamp. For example, name and address of your company.
You can also choose between 2 currencies (Euros or US Dollars). The intra-community VAT number applies to all companies based in European Union member countries.

Prepaid account - Invoices
The Prepaid Account allows you to pay for your GroupCamp subscription by adding funds either by credit card or wire transfer.

Journal - Subscriptions - Credit card
This icon presents all the updates and plan operations recorded in your account.
Account Name - URL Account access

Transfer the ownership of your account to another administrator
To change the owner of your account, click on Transfer account ownership in the Owner section of the Admin panel:
Select in the dropdown menu the person you wish to assign as the new account owner:
